The terms for using WigBae, an independent wig buying guide.
Last updated: November 2026
By using wigbae.com you agree to these terms.
- What WigBae is. WigBae is an independent informational website offering wig buying guides and general hair-care information. We do not sell products, and we are not Ashimary Hair or any other brand, nor their official representative.
- Information only — not professional or medical advice. Our content is general information about choosing and caring for wigs. It is not medical, dermatological or professional styling advice. If you have hair loss, scalp irritation or a reaction to a product or adhesive, consult a qualified health professional such as a dermatologist. Always patch test adhesives and follow product directions.
- Prices and product details. Product specifications and prices are taken from retailers’ websites at the date indicated and may change at any time. We do our best to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee it. The retailer’s website is the authoritative source at the time of your purchase.
- Purchases are with the retailer. Any purchase you make through a link on WigBae is a contract between you and the retailer. Payment, shipping, duties, returns, warranties and customer service are the retailer’s responsibility under its own terms.
- Affiliate relationships. Some links are affiliate links. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
- Intellectual property. WigBae’s original text, layout and graphics belong to WigBae (operated by the site owner). Product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification purposes. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy our content in bulk without permission.
- Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it in bulk, or submitting spam or unlawful content through our forms.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, WigBae is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from products purchased from third-party retailers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
- Changes and contact. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. Questions: contact form.
